Once the guest presented their invitation card to the receptionist, greetings and table name card will be present to the guest for their convenience. To highlight the luxurious comfort new BMW 7 Series, guests went through the garden of The Westin Resort before they entered the cocktail area in the Pool Loggia. A sliding backdrop was slide open afterwards to reveal the dinner venue with music played by famous jazz guitarist Eugene Pao. During a sumptuous meal, the climax of the night was driven by stunning unveiling ceremony, in which a video were shown to highlight the phenomenal and high technology of the new BMW 7 Series after the speech made by Mr. Jason Broome. Then, black curtains will moved to two sides to reveal the new BMW Series, which was driven along a car track onto the stage. The atmosphere reaches its peak as singer Joyce Lee-Lok Sze stepped out of the car for the unveiling ceremony. To further enhance the atmosphere, a singing performance was carried out by Joyce while the dinner continues. By that time, cigar and wine bar were ready to be served for all high caliber guests by the cocktail area.
